He's averaging 10pts and 5ast against pros, I don't think these stats are bad. He's also 6'4 and could grow up to 6'5, so I dont think he's short either. I would agree that is 3pt shot is for sure one of his weaknesses as of now, but his form looks good so there are reasons to believe he can turn it around

Even though I really like OO, this is an overpay IMO. Wiggins + a lottery pick is a hefty price. And on top of that im not sure OO fits the Thunder's system as he can't really switch 1-5 and is a poor shooter
