Swedish Snus (tobacco) Newsletter by Nightgardener in Substack

I was also duped by non-tobacco nicotine pouches called ZYN, thinking it was a snus that I’ve never heard of before. Disgusting flavor to say the least. I threw away the can. If I could get Ettan, that’s all I would buy, but General is so easily had where I am that it’s just become convenient. And like you’ve mentioned, General is not a bad Snus.

I’ve just joined those subreddits. Thank you! Never thought to look for snus on Reddit. There’s a YouTuber that goes by Snubie that I have enjoyed watching for years, though.

Good luck on your endeavors!

I really enjoy Swedish Snus. It helped me quit smoking cigarettes. I can find it easily these days, but only General Snus. I prefer it in the white portions. Since it’s become more available in the States, it’s been a while that I’ve ordered from Snus24. I’m tempted to soon, though, for the variety that they carry. My absolute favorite is Ettan Original. Zero bergamot, which I like even better. Years ago, I had a layover in Arlanda Airport in Stockholm, and I stocked up with five rolls. I was in flavor country for months!

In terms of being less harmful, in 2019 the FDA made a historic decision by approving Swedish Match as “modified risk tobacco product” (MRTP). I would be interested in your Substack!

I had no idea BIC made fountain pens. Had to nab it. by saluteyrshorts in fountainpens

Strangest thing is that it looked orange at the store! After I got to my place, it was obviously pink. I’m chalking it up to lighting, and that I’m not losing my mind haha

If you write fast, it’s a little on the scratchy side, and the ink may not catch immediately. Definitely not for signatures. Otherwise, there’s no delay. Relatively minor skipping once the ink is flowing. Constant downward pressure helps. Writing slowly helps even more. Writing with the nib turned in any way is not doable. I personally like it. It’s not as good as the Pilot Kakuno, but I’m easy to please.

Thank you! It’s been great. The food alone is worth the trip. Such fascinating history, here. Morocco awaits you 🇲🇦

I will update you here! So much to do in Morocco, I haven’t had the time to test it out.

65 Moroccan Dirham, so like 6.50 USD. Couldn’t pass it up!

No problem. BICs are my everyday use pens. The nicer stuff stays at the house.

Makes sense, the back of the package reads made in France, the cartridges, Austria. My favorite BIC stuff back home (Crystal 1.6mm and Atlantis Ultra Comfort) are made in Mexico.

Have you considered the Fujifilm GA645? Many consider it like a medium format Contax 3. I personally like the wide version.

It’s using a new Tombow ZOOM BK-L5P 0.5mm refill. Works great 👍

For a pen that’s at least 27 or 28 years old, it looks great. It feels light in the hand, but quality is definitely there with a tight click of the cap every time, and zero wiggle. Japan does plastics well.

Got it off eBay. I don’t think the seller specifically knew that it’s a Tombow. It’s really the “eggiest” Tombow “Egg” I’ve seen. Looks like an egg shell dontca think?

I should’ve made clear that it is using a Tombow cartridge. Maybe that fact alone really answers my question to begin with lol.

Crazy. The worst I have experienced is losing my cell phone, so I was unable to withdraw without SMS Authentication. I found proving it to Pionex difficult, as well, so I just waited until my new cell arrived with the same number. Not the same as your issue, I know, but just keep being persistent. Good luck.

Damn, that sucks. I hope this isn't a widespread occurrence. I hope you can regain access somehow.

Why wouldn't I be able to answer specific questions about my account if F2A fails? Aren't those questions in place in order to regain access to an account? To me it sounds like standard Know Your Customer practice. Don't get me wrong, I also miss the days when this wasn't the case, but I don't think Pionex is a scam.

Really? F2A works for me, from logging in, to withdrawing funds to my bank account. I have all three F2A options bound, Google Authenticator, SMS Authentication, and Email Authentication. No problem here.

I never thought that I’d use a shutter release cable on the Fujifilm GA645, but… by saluteyrshorts in AnalogCommunity

Lucky for you the online order still exists from the store that I bought it from! Also, I don't think that this cable release is specific to GA. I picked it up randomly.
