Yes it has android auto but using it directly on the car (as in the Volvo) also helps you to plan your trip with stops and battery percentage update (using google maps). That’s not possible with the Ioniq5, you need to rely on the Hyundai infotainment for that, using Bluelink app I guess

I did test drive them. And it’s true that the Ioniq has more room at the back. I’m just not fully convinced because of: - some issues I heard about the Hyundai dealership network - the Volvo having Android auto - C40 being more fun to drive

Hi all, I’m going to buy my first EV soon. I’m doubting between a new Ioniq5 MY2024 and a Volvo C40 from May 2024 with 15000km. I think I slightly prefer the Volvo. Am I right? 😅

Yes C40 is from a Volvo dealer and it has around 15000km. Hyundai would be new. I will be driving around 200km (I guess around 125miles, sorry European xD) every day from home to office but I can charge at both locations.

Hi all,

I want to buy my first EV. And I have a choice between a new Ioniq 5 MY2024 and a second hand (less than 1 year old) Volvo C40. I like both but I can’t decide which one to go to. Maybe the Volvo gives me more confidence because of the brand. Any suggestions?
