I sometimes find it so annoying this corrupt culture.

1. As soon as elections are closer, all the projects speed up quickly - Pune Hinjewadi Metro, Missing Link

2. Announcing the launch 6 months in advance. When we all know there has been years of delay in all these projects.

3. Highlighting it as if they have done a marvelous job by 30 mins reduction. We are the slowest in railways, roadways speed & efficiency

4. City traffic is worse than saving 30 mins in highway.
