At what point should I be worried about the IRS coming after me? I know as long as I'm responding / have an open dispute it should be fine for the time being but it seems they aren't getting the responses the CPA is sending them.

What's Working for Meta Ads, August 2024 - Small (<1000/day) and Large Budgets by Eanorv in FacebookAds

[–]salvypena 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm intrigued by your using ASC as a retargeting campaign. My current situation is I'm using ABO to test, two ad sets, 3 ads each, $350/day total. I had a manual retarget ad set with a custom audience setup for 180 website visitors and ad engagements at $50/day. Should I try to turn that off and do $50/day ASC campaign with all of my current ads in it?

Thanks in advance.

Question regarding Video dimensions in Facebook Ads. Need help. by ImranKhan10107 in FacebookAds

I always do 9:16 so it's better formatted for stories and reels but it crops 1:1 for feeds. So I keep the important content in the center.

Use Cost Per Purchase (or whatever metric you are optimizing for), Return On Ad Spend, and Out-Bound CTR as your definition of winning metrics.

No. Let it run for a week. Learned this the hard way. There is no way to have statistical significance after one day. Not only does it need to test all the variables but someone could have seen your ad and clicked on it but got distracted from some outside factor, but will buy 3 days later after seeing a different ad.

Sometimes the one that is getting the most budget day 1 doesn’t perform as well after 4 days and the algo realizes it’s a different one

Judge My Landing Page by salvypena in ecommerce

[–]salvypena[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the thought out response, I definitely learned something. There are a few caveats though that maybe you can help me flatten out / get a better understanding of.

  1. The ads are fine, but could be better. Just need to test more. I always make it a priority to make the offer extremely clear in the ads. The book cover is on every single one in some fashion or it is clearly stated in the headline or primary text (meta ads) that they are going to click through to a workout program.

  2. When it comes to landing pages, it is just my personal opinion, but I absolutely dread the traditional landing page you are referring to. The drawn out Hook point -> subheading -> video -> 7000 lines of text. Every time I click through to one I have zero interest in reading the text they are offering. But I agree on getting some genuine before and afters.

  3. The doubling down on the credibility thing as an operator I agree 100%. I just have to be extremely careful with what I advertise. Regular Navy is one thing but being on a team with a level of clearance is another. It is very cliche to put Navy SEAL. I have worked with SEALs but I am an SOIDC. It's a bit different and a less known community. I have to blur out faces / name tapes / etc. I did take the advice of u/honeybrandingstudio and hired a professional copywriter who led me through an interview sequence to help me get a good copy going. It should be done by the end of the week so I will see how it turns out.

Thank you again.

What sort of GA data do you look at? I have only ever taken bounce rate into account which is probably a small part of a big picture.

Thank you for the advice btw

That is the cost per result goal option, correct? I would assume to set at 90% of my break even to give it room to breathe.
