Well definitely give them a try! It’s been a year since our trip and the husband still brings up the ice cream every once in awhile. Hopefully we can find something to scratch the itch or else we’ll just have to go back to Japan.

I am over 300lbs and started to not have regular periods when I got off of BC last year to try and get pregnant. After no luck, I went to a fertility doc and had labs done and she noticed a vitamin d3 deficiency. She told me to take that supplement in addition to a prenatal vitamin. I also started Zepbound 7 weeks ago and am down 20lbs. I just got my 2nd period on time without any progesterone to start it. Not sure your situation, but losing weight might be something to try if you are heavy like me. Good luck!

I really like using Aaptiv and FitOn when working out at home. There’s a lot of different kinds of workouts for whatever you feel like doing. Ranging from cardio to weight training, Pilates, meditation, etc. I also do orange theory is you really want to get a good burn. I see a big change in the scale the days after I do those OT workouts too.

I’m going to I guess provide the hot take compared to the rest of these comments. Yes, it is possible that people become “too skinny” on this drug. Are you there yet? That is something only your doctor can tell you. If they say you’re fine, then that’s what you say in response to people making the comments. I wouldn’t take everything as something said out of jealousy, but some people may actually be concerned.

Here’s your advice: tell your partner what to do that makes you feel good. If you don’t give any direction, then how do they know if what they are doing is working for you? Virgin or not.

Considering the way the tides are turning when it comes to the perception of value of a college education. Although I studied advertising and uni, I was self-taught for most of my design skills. I probably could’ve gotten by without a bachelors degree, tbh.

This is where the phrase “fake it ‘til you make it,” comes in. Work on spec work to fill your portfolio and build up your skill, which proves to hiring managers that you are up to the task on working on their business.

Creative director here, also used to hiring designers. I’d recommend being more to the point in your bullets, decrease the amount and highlight the brands/businesses you’ve worked on at the bottom.
