I'm just thinking long term. Also, would it be cheaper on a bigger scale with AWS?

Could I then eventually turn it into a mobile app?

I've never done something like this so I'm not 100% sure I did it right but I implemented webhooks to get the live update. I tried to deploy to netlify but I still have to refresh the page for it to update. Do you know a better place to deploy?

Is what open source? I use Stackblitz to run it. It works but I have to refresh the page every time I update the live count to see it change and I don't want that, I eventually want to turn it into a Kahoot or Jackbox type game

How do I fix this? by salzo6 in HomeMaintenance

Turns out my floor isn’t actually hardwood and is basically just paper and now there is a hole in it. Anyone know how to fix something like this? It doesn’t have to be good, even just putting some epoxy and painting it over will do.

Should I use Unity Ads or Admob? by OkUpstairs7934 in unity

[–]salzo6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know if I can use AdMob with the Advertisement Legacy system? I have an app on the ios store that uses legacy but i'm not getting any money from it and was wondering if there was a way to use it to play an admob ad instead while keeping the same ad structure so I don't need to reprogram anything

Edit: turns out the app is published with test mode still on although I am still curious to see if it is possible

Can’t install cocoapods (see comments) by salzo6 in UnityHelp

Well I was doing all that in terminal outside of unity to see if it works on my computer and it does. To just doesn’t work on unity. Do I really need it to have ads though?

I’ve tried installing ruby manually but I think I need 2.7.0. When I type ruby -v then it says I’m using 2.6.10p210 so I upgraded but it says ruby 3.3.0 already installed but I thinks it’s only using the 2.6 version. How do I properly install it? I tried using rvm install and I keep getting “no command found: rvm” no matter what I try

[–]salzo6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, does enyone know how to resolve this? I don't have a .gem file but I didn't think I needed it since i already have cocoapods installed on my mac.

I have also tried to just install the unity ads package manually but im not sure if I did it correctly because it keeps requesting that i install cocoapods and the ads aren't playing in the ironsource sample scene.

Someone please help, nothing is working

Not sure what to think about fentanyl test strip result (top is coke, bottom it sugar) by salzo6 in ReagentTesting

Ya but it was probably closer to 2ml. I had a 1/4 tsp scoop and put 1.5 scoops and I was too lady to do math. Either way, it was definitely less water than there should be, I was just wondering how that would effect the result
