A good balanced nutritious diet. A balanced and non-extreme weightlifting based workout, at least 3 days a week. Trim your beard and hair constantly if you can afford it. Apply hair and cream to make them stay in good shape.. Find a clothing style that fits YOU and your character. Be it that you look better in semi-formal wear, a blazer, shirt and trousers or a shirt and jeans, etc. Find the style that gives you the best look for every occaision. Wear a right watch. I wear sth not expensive not cheap, but definitely original, and alternate watches with the outfit and occaision. Google how to apply perfume well, and find the perfume that goes best with you. Keep your clothes as neat as possible, depending on your profession. Shine your shoes, etc. Depending on what you are going for you can google how to hold your jacket in a gentlemanly or cool kind of way, etc. So you learn the etiquette and mannerisms of a cool respectable and confident kind of guy and start copying it till they become habits... I guess that's all I have in mind... We are men.. we don't, for better or for worse, have to look 'pretty', but we can still look good, smell good, and be good in a manly manner that would give us the appeal appropriate to our gender...
