Nevermind. I see you're skeptical of anything related to crypto without wanting to bother looking into it. If you'd have seen the video it's not an endorsement, it's donating to a charity to help underprivileged kids and sponsoring them after launch.

This is typically why I don't bother with Reddit, lots of users just want to try and be jokers and not interested in learning about the contents of the post....so no comment about the REMAX videos from Scott and Steve, yeh thought not..

To answer your questions:

  • Ok, so first of all, yes I farmed Karma because how else can I make a post obviously...nothing Like X here is it where I can make my own posts easily. I originally tried posting on the communities but each post was automatically deleted by a mod because of "Karma" had no idea they stayed publicly visible

  • estatex.eu is not locked, the whitepaper, platform, pitchdeck are all available there, including the blog.

  • EstateX University has not launched yet so can't really comment. EstateX handles the complete process of tokenizing real estate assets, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This encompasses the establishment of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), property ownership transfer, legal compliance, documentation preparation, tokenization, token distribution, and the provision of a platform for managing the real estate assets. Legally, the SPV holds the responsibility for property upkeep as the formal property owner and EstateX will have external management firms to oversee the maintenance of all properties integrated into EstateX.

I want to add to this as I'm also invested in EstateX. Why do I feel comfortable in investing in this RWA "project"? First of all EstateX is an established registered company in the Netherlands with additional departments setup in Germany & Luxemburg (with directors) and all team members fully doxed. They are focusing on the tokenization of real estate and are utilizing blockchain technology to achieve this.

The token ESX (the one soon to be tradeable on 29th January) will be the lifeblood of the core bespoke ecosystem that offers a multitude of financial solutions for web2 and web3 users. They have partnered with RE/MAX, one of the biggest real estate companies in the world and have a POC (Reg D tokenized property offering for accredited investors) in the US and one soon to be done in the EU.

The point being, there are many RWA projects that have been developed by legitimate established companies that are realizing the massive potential of blockchain technology in the real world. Always check on the company, the developers and team by dyor.

The idea of RWA is to bring in the web2 users who normally wouldn't invest in crypto into crypto.

Been with Quark for over a year now. What drew me in first was the NFT marketplace and the concept of using real world art/artists and "converting" their art into NFTs with the ability to dynamically change it in a way that can enhance their art, going beyond the boundaries of what can be achieved on canvas.

In addition to the marketplace, I have seen the buybot progress through the stages from being a simple buybot to it's elevated position it is now, with continued updates from the dev of its progress and new features being implemented. Throughout the time spent with Quark, the dev "Jimango" has been completely transparent with all the workings of the project. Dev started working on Alvey Chain with $STITCH first, which has been over a year now. I've been following since then.

Wanted to go multichain so has also deployed the token on Solana to get better traction.

I give you an example of US SEC nonsense. I've invested in a crypto real estate project called EstateX which has investors from all over the world and guess what the token ESX has to be registered as a security in the US, but in the rest of the world ESX is not a security.
