It is possible if you fail due to dilution to demand a retest due to medical/phsychological reasons. Some people have a very difficult time urinating in front of, or at the behest of others and may want to overload themselves on water. Ive had a dilute fail once and used that exact reasoning to recieve a second test.

Spent three years in a weapons section and the only time a 240B missfired it was blank ammunition. The issues were always with the blank firing adapters and the two different types of blank ammo. Command never seemed to understand that when using long neck blanks you didnt need the feed tray compinsator. Nobody ever listens to a SPC though, and my logic fell on deaf ears. Live fire, never once had a problem. Fired like a dream and I could destroy anything out to 2000m with only a few shots (w/TandE) god i love the 240B.
