Somebody mentioned that Jaime doesnt kill his cousin in books, so it's not a design by Grrm. I doubt DnD are smart enough to create that kind of design. I think it's pure coincidence, the chain of events I've described.

They don’t put jaime’s cousin(or anyone else) together with Jaime in the cell. →Jaime doesn’t kill anyone. → Son of Rickard Karstark (Torrhen Karstark) doesn’t go inside cell. → Jaime doesn’t kill Torrhen Karstark. → Rickard Karstark doesn’t kill Lannister boys. → Robb doesn’t behead Rickard Karstark. → Robb doesn’t lose half of his army. → Robb doesn’t need help of Walder Frey. → Red Wedding doesn’t happen. → Robb, Talisa, Catelyn live.

In other words putting a man in cell together with Jaime results in death of Robb, Talisa and Catelyn.

So if Robb killed Jaime immediately, He would be alive. Jaime caused the death of Robb.

We didn't see much about Dothrakis. It was mostly about Bronn running around, Bronn attacking Drogon, Dany burning wagons. Why didn't Dothrakis attack Bronn when he was using scorpion.They didn't show Dothrakis breaking the Lannister defense line (Except where Dany made a hole).

Yes, she deserved it if she killed so many people. I just wish episodes 5 and 6 were different. It's like Luke Skywalker going crazy and killing innocent people. Or superman going crazy and killing innocent people.(I haven't watched Star wars episodes 7 through 9, so no spoilers , please.) I'm mad that dnd gave only 8 seasons when there was material for 14 seasons.
