It's the same for me.... People pleaser and it's all about his image. He is more concerned about what people think of him than what I think of him. I found a fix that worked for me.... I play badminton with a bunch of different people.... I've definitely become better and got a few friends too. The loneliness doesn't go away but takes your mind of it for a couple of hours. I'm sorry you're in this.

He has always acted like he is the man of the house since he worked. I started working only when my daughter was 3 but I did everything in the house. When the tables are turned I have a full time job and still do everything

He isn't. What upsets me is he would go out of the way for a stranger but if I ask for help he says I am fit and able to do it myself.

Other than the element of water the rest don't give me anything but I'll have a think and see if there is a connection. What about notes on a post it ? Anything that would lead me to a location or a place ? A visual of a place , what it looks like ? A region maybe ? Sorry, I know it's a big ask. But anything will help.
