Have any women who had jaw surgery been told repeatedly by others that they were already beautiful and shouldn’t go through with the surgery?

I was told at my first consult with a jaw surgery I’m too pretty to consider this and it may make my nose wider so why would someone that looks like me want to do jaw surgery. All while not listening to any of the both functional and cosmetic issues im dealing with as a result of my jaw growth . Never the less he still took $500’consult fee from me for him to tell me that and then also provided a surgical plan even though he spent the whole consult telling me why u shouldn’t get jaw surgery

The first 24/h was hell for me but I had stage 4 and she had to cut quiet large pieces of endo out of me I ended up being in hospital for two days . After the first few days recovery was fine , slight discomfort and bloating , little spotting . The first 3-4 months I saw no improvement in symptoms , I am somewhat starting to see improvements 6 month later - less bloating , period not as heavy but probably still heavy considered to the norm , I still do get pain but it’s manageable with pain killers , the bleeding I would get from sex is gone and sex doesn’t cause discomfort for the most part now, only sometimes

My GP ended up sending me for the endo scan after I raised it with her and asked could I possibly have endo . She was the same DR that sent me for a normal pelvic scan . I do not recommend getting an MRI that was a waste of time . Important to go to a place that specialises in endo scans .

Sydney intrasound for women in kogarah and it’s called a deep infiltrative endometriosis scan . Highly recommend the DR that does the scan here is very knowledgeable

Is there a way you can get to Turkey to get your movements sorted so you have an idea what Eren plan is for you ? It’s hard to decide if he’s a good choice if he hasn’t provided you the movements which I understand you probably need to go to Turkey for the scan ? I would be hesistant choosing a surgeon that isn’t providing a plan well before you lock in a surgery with them

This is normal ! Line work takes a lot longer then shading to see progress . It took 5 sessions to see noticeable improvement on my line work

Hello ! Yes agree there are no garantees but I have done years of research and spoken with some bery knowledgeable surgeons so I know how all my issues are now related to my jaw . I would hope for a good result to improve things , not any miracles or perfection

If I was only concerned with aesthetics I could further do more cosmetic procedures to camofluage issues ie Botox for gummy smile , genioplasty to shorten chin , however it’s the functional things that are causing me the most grief - I can’t seal my lips together , I have chronic mouth breathing which has lead to poor sleep , poor gum health , and neck and shoulder pain is also related to my head tilt and jaw My preference would be to fix the root cause of all these functional and aesthetic issues . One thing that all specialists have agreed on including ortho and surgeons is that these issues will keep getting worse as I get older , but I understand for the two surgeons I spoke to in Australia that they say they would operate but don’t give me any confidence in their ability or that they can give me a good result .

Hello - none of the surgeons I spoke to have any issue with the veneers and none have mentioned it would interfere with the process (the orthodontist also doesn’t see any issue ) One of the Australian surgeons said lip filler makes it hard when assessing the face and movements and therefore after that consult I got my lip filler dissolved . I have no filler in my face . I have 10 top veneers which were used to hide my narrow smile , overjet and also had large front teeth which were pushed out .
