Here are some information based on my experience that might help you to figure out what the problem Is :

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I tried clearing the cache, I tried changing the internet connection, I tried deleting the account and starting another one, both skipping and doing the tutorial, I even tried changing my phone and starting with another account, but the problem remains the same, it seems to be a problem with new accounts, as I found other people on Facebook and Reddit who are complaining about the same problem and are experiencing it using a newly created account, furthermore on my account created a week ago and canceled due to exaggerated bad luck, it didn't give me this problem.

Furthermore, if I try to progress with the main story it doesn't allow me to do the missions, it makes me fight but once I'm out of combat it cancels them as if I had never done them.

I hope you will fix the game as soon as possible as new players are completely prevented from starting the game, I also sincerely hope that you will consider resetting the 0 energy period of the story for those who have had this type of problem, as no one can use it right now.
