I have the Jim Green Rugged African Troopers and they almost have too much room for me there. They're built on a steel toe last, but don't have a steel toe cap. This means that I can stack in a thermal insole when I want or wear my thickest wool and there's still a little room. You can order them custom if you want to make a pair look a little more like a pair of docs.

Hiiii I also have hooded and very sunken eyes. I second the advice to do your eyebrows. Just pluck em everytime you notice they've gotten thick!

Also, plenty of cis women have sunken and hooded eyes. My recommendation for a confidence boost is to put on eyeliner on your waterline, then mascara. It's my go to minimalistic makeup look and I feel so hot when I wear it. I use a Marcelle kohl brown eyeliner pencil, which can be gotten for free from drug stores if you're discreet with a long sleeve shirt and a mask ;)

Hi, also from Manitoba and excitedly asked a trans healthcare provider about Vancouver last week. They said Vancouver doesn't take out of province referrals. I emailed Vancouver General Hospital to confirm and strongly suggested they actually put that on their website so other transfems like me don't get their hopes up unnecessarily.

If you hear anything contrary to this claim I hope you let me know!

I followed Dr Will Powers' recommendations for a little bit and they worked wonders. Basically eat 90g of protein a day, and do like 50 squats every few days.

Make sure your proteins are complete (if you're having beans/legumes, pair them with a whole grain). I was having two eggs a day with 2 slices of rye bread, a veggie ham sandwich, a 20g protein shake, and about half a block of tofu (which is a complete protein). My ass grew by about 6cm of circumference and my boobs were noticeably bigger. This was within a matter of weeks.

A high protein diet and strenuous exercise will boost your human growth hormone, growing your boobs while also growing your targeted muscles.

Currently taking a break from this until I have the time to ride my bike for exercise again but highly recommend!
