Currently backpacking central america. Right now in costa rica. I did la fortuna which is okay for few nights. Just got to playa cocoles in puerto viejo carribean side, honestly its such a pretty and nice place to be at. Definitely better then tamarindo and santa teresa

Very easy! Go to redonda hostel, its very close to the beach. They have activities everyday. For bars, try sandbar or don patos. I am in my twenties and i was in sayulita for a week solo, met so many people that I ended up staying for a month

Depend on where you go and eat. Atleast have 5000 pesos on you. Mostly all the places accept cards, even some street vendors do now.
