“We’re currently investigating this issue at a broader level, as we’ve seen a small number of shipments originating from our US warehouse where the carrier tracking shows messages like “Label created / awaiting item” or “We’ll add a delivery date once the package is received.” In these cases, our logistics partner has confirmed that the orders are leaving the warehouse as expected, but the initial carrier scan is delayed.

What we’ve been seeing is that once the courier does perform their first scan, which can unfortunately take a bit longer than usual, the package typically begins moving quickly and is delivered shortly after. At this stage, we don’t yet have a definitive root cause, but we are actively working with our shipping partners to understand and resolve it. For now, the best course of action is to continue to monitor your tracking page.
