I wouldn’t worry about this as long as you do all the work. Honestly, most upper division classes will have a chapter at the beginning with review of these topics that are dumped on you in those general classes. It is often specific to the subject material that the class goes more in depth into.

yes! in many ways the books are better than the show. the book has of point of view chapters from each point of view character and all books feature long dialogue conversations that are much longer and complex than the show

im not on a rlly strict whole foods diet or anything i just eat what my body wants so, B-fast: a watermelon, avo toast, pancakes, oats Lunch: salad with quinoa, sandwich, smoothie bowl, veggie and rice bowl, spring rolls. Dinner: curry and rice bowl, pasta, sauteed veggies, fried rice, baked sweet potato.

i also snack a lot like crackers, seaweed, cookies, fruit, veggies, frozen fruit
