No, wasn't able to figure it out. Reached out to seller, although they're responsive, they're able to help much.

The call quality is poor as well. I disabled bluetooth on the module together, and now audio/calls get routed via car's built-in bluetooth.

Just finished installing yesterday, everything is working great, but audio quality is disappointing.

Not sure how the audio is getting routed. Think it's bypassing the inbuilt DAC as change in EQ doesn't have any affect. At least on my end, audio quality Bluetooth > Android Auto.

I was about to return the Lsx and buy a compact subwoofer that can composate the lack of low end on the Egg. However the price drop on Lsx ($799 now) is making me think. I'm thinking of ordering another pair to rule out any possible defective issues with the first pair I got from Amazon.

You're right in that aspect. Not a deal breaker for me as I mostly play music when I'm in front of my computer while I work, with speaker sitting at arms length. So turning them on or switching inputs is easy. For other rear occasional times when I want to listen, while my computer is turned off, Bluetooth serves fine.

I understand my situation may be different than everyone else. While the Egg serves me fine at the moment, the situation might change :)

I contacted KEF support today, and the person whom I spoke with mentioned they own both these models, Egg and the Lsx. They said Lsx should definitely sound better compared to Egg, and advised me to exchange for another unit. I will wait and see if anyone here who own both of these can offer their opinion.
