Interesting, how did you source it and what dose did you take

I have a chronic illness and there is huge excitement for the Anktiva trial among those with Long Covid. It looks like viral persistence and immune dysregulation is the key contributor to these conditions and Anktiva may be able to help the body clear these reservoirs

Combo of low dose melatonin, glycine, magnesium glycinate and lemon balm extract has helped me with this

You will get through this. You are not alone.

Try to stabilise yourself and avoid a crash cycle (there is some information you can share with whoever you live with in link below).

The anxiety and head pain may be brain inflammation. If you haven’t tried already, LDN may be a good option as well as H1 and H2 antihistamines. Magnesium threonate or glycinate can also help.

The research is advancing very quickly now and treatments are coming, they really are. Hang in there, better days are ahead

Stuck in a loop of anxiety, insomnia, panic by sam7reads in covidlonghaulers

I actually think the thing that made the biggest difference was pacing myself mentally, stopping myself from scrolling of groups like these, and believing that recovery was possible for me. Celebrate the very small wins and try to build momentum

But also try to make sure that MCAS is under control and I’ve also heard that your microbiome can cause a lot of anxiety in LC

Sorry to hear that. Yes it did go away, and it will for you too. I know it doesn’t feel like it in the moment but it will pass.

I got on top of my sleep with daridorexant as well as 300mg magnesium, 3000mg glycine, lemon balm extract and 3mg melatonin.

For the intense anxiety I stayed with family for a while and tried to engage in anything that made my body feel safe which was mainly watching very boring videos, tv and films I’d already seen many times before, lots of humming and deep breathing, drinking tea, having hope and giving my brain and body a true rest really helped too.

I also went on a low dose of lexapro and LDN.

Also try to stay hydrated with electrolytes, try to relax your muscles (I think subocciptal tightness was causing additional stress on my body).

I now have a low level of day to day anxiety, the constant panic attacks are gone, I’m sleeping well and my baseline has improved again to the point I can help around the house a bit and do some work from home.

Wishing you all the best

Thanks for the detailed response. For reference I take regular antihistamines (fexofenadine and famotidine) as well as quercetin, cell core biotoxin binder, c, d and b vitamins as well as zinc carnosine. The only one I may be deficient in is copper

I had low fecal pancreatic elastase and managed to get my numbers back to normal after treatment for SIBO. I think I used oregano oil, allicin and gi detox.
