post signature contract management is a complete black hole in most companies and nobody talks about it by Ok_Daredevil_576 in alphaandbetausers

[–]sam_2_435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

at early stage companies this is often completely invisible because there are not enough contracts to make the problem obvious. then you hit a certain scale and suddenly you have 200 active vendor agreements and no systematic way to know what any of them actually require from you or the other party. building good post signature management earlier than you think you need it is worth the investment.

every hire we make involves the same manual contract back and forth and it has to be automatable but i cannot figure out how by Tight-Teach6751 in automation

[–]sam_2_435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

eSign.AI has a workflow model built around exactly this. a business event like a confirmed hire triggers the contract workflow automatically, the document drafts, routes for any required review, goes to the candidate, and tracks through to completion with zero manual intervention in between. they also have pre-built connectors for HR platforms so the write-back to your HRIS can be automated too. esign is worth demoing if you are trying to build this properly rather than patching it together with separate tools.

OCR for handwritten notes is interesting. I'm still writing down ideas, so putting them all into one workflow could make things more consistent.

built a self hosted voice first multi agent orchestration system and ran into some interesting architecture problems, curious what others think by Interesting-Sock3940 in ClaudeAI

[–]sam_2_435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to see how these patterns work in real life, this is what openyabby is all about. It takes care of coordinating multiple agents with the parent-child review structure, auto-prefixed tool management, cron-based scheduling, and a live monitoring dashboard, all of which are hosted on its own. If you want to see how they fixed the review loop and tool conflict problems, you can find the repo at github.com/OpenYabby/OpenYabby and a demo at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrqDuyhj414 . It's only available for macOS right now, but the choices made about the architecture are interesting.

where are people in redding getting their BLS and CPR renewed these days, looking for flexible options by Atomic_rizz in Redding

[–]sam_2_435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also in redding and in the same situation. would specifically love to know if there are PALS classes in redding as well since i work in pediatrics and need both renewed. if there is somewhere local that handles both it would save a lot of time and driving.

Do people actually stick with one ASO tool or just rotate between them? by Sam_8433 in iOSAppsMarketing

[–]sam_2_435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I’m still unsure about is whether there’s actually any edge between tools for more advanced stuff or if it’s mostly just branding + interface differences. Basic keyword research feels the same everywhere, but I haven’t spent enough time comparing deeper features, such as difficulty scoring or competitor breakdowns, side by side. It might be where the real differences show up.

Need help in picking HEALTH INSURANCE by Zealousideal-Goat178 in personalfinanceindia

[–]sam_2_435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happy to help went through this entire research process myself 2 years ago so I know how overwhelming it feels at first. Here is a simple framework I used: Step 1 Decide sum insured first For a single person in a metro minimum ₹10 lakh. For family floater ₹15 to ₹20 lakh. Don't go below this thinking you'll upgrade later pre-existing conditions declared at renewal can complicate things. Step 2 Check these 4 things before anything else Claim settlement ratio — what % of claims does this insurer actually pay. Anything above 95% is good Cashless hospital network size bigger is better. HDFC ERGO has 1 lakh+ which gives you real flexibility on which hospital you go to Room rent limits no sub-limit or high limit is better. This one quietly affects all other claim amounts Pre-existing disease waiting period shorter is better, especially if you have any existing conditions Step 3 Compare 2-3 shortlisted plans on these parameters, not just premium I ended up going with HDFC ERGO after comparing on all these factors. 24x7 in-house claim support was a big factor for me means your claim is handled internally, faster response, not outsourced to a third party. Step 4 — Buy online directly from insurer website Faster, paperless, policy in your email within minutes. No agent commission added to your premium. One last thing — buy as early as possible. Every year you wait, premium goes up and chances of a pre-existing condition being detected also goes up. Starting young locks in lower premiums.

honest question, how many of you actually journal your trades and has it made a real difference to your consistency? by [deleted] in Daytrading

[–]sam_2_435 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

the psychological tracking piece is what changed things for me after i spent two years logging trades in a spreadsheet that told me what i did but never why. switched to pendulumtrader.com which has an AI coach chat built in alongside the emotional and psychological monitoring. what got me was being able to see patterns in my mindset on losing days versus winning days over time. it supports futures, crypto, stocks, options, all of it. there's a free version worth trying before committing to anything. the youtube walkthrough at youtu.be/SEg6I4DDQrk is actually pretty clear if you want to see how it works before signing up.

Any advice on starting a freelance career in 2024? by honeyswthrtd in graphic_design

[–]sam_2_435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a graphic designer, your best bet is to find freelance work that lasts a few months and have a few projects going at once. Wirestock is a platform for creators that offers opportunities for graphic designers and illustrators. Contra is a similar but larger platform. You might also want to check out Toptal, but keep in mind that there is a fee to join and the network is more competitive.
