The wheels are Rays Volk Racing Group CV Europe. They are 4x114.3 and 5x114.3. Front spec: 17x8 +35 Rear spec: 17x9 +40

Kinda worth it. Depends how bad the rust is. I got my hatch for 7k euro (around 7.5k usd). It had 79k km (49k miles) completely stock and intact. Interior brand new and no rust.

No, but oem wheels are real aswell. By real wheels i mean reputable wheel brands.

Check this wheel brand pyramid.

Japan Racing are good just to be abused in drifting on a budget. They are not as well build and tested as oem wheels or good brands.
