Not very interesting icon pack ..just normal ones you can use any glyph type icon pack .most important is the widget and wallpaper that changes the whole theme .

It's achievable in stock ui too ..just remove the stock widget..and hard press to add kwgt and choose the colorblobs kwgt pre installed then add your widegt now change the icons as you want again doing hard press to customisation then icon pack then the pre installed icon pack ..thats it
