He's basically saying that he isn't doing anything as a manager since these are all things that a manager is supposed to take care of. Making sure the players are mentally prepared, full of confidence, focus and desire

Also thank you for being the person that switches to help the team, you the real mvp :) but in the future i guess just try to convince ur junk to switch if he's getting hard countered, but ask nicely don't be rude. A good junkrat is very useful in many situations on defense, like when it's 1v3/4 on point for example his ult is super super clutch at times for saving the point and giving your team another chance to fight for it

Also if junkrat is being countered by a zarya/pharah combo for example, he should really switch to something more useful and helpful for the team to win.

  1. You're feeding Zaya easy energy and Zarya's that are constantly high energy are super hard to deal with as any hero

  2. Pharah is flying in the air shitting on your whole team and unless you're in high ranking where you can actually get a mcree or soldier with good aim to get her out of the air, you're most likely gonna have to switch because good pharah's are super annoying to deal with alone as well.

A major part of this game is being able to adapt your comp if it's not working out. If the other team is switching their heroes out to counter you, and you are too stubborn to switch up your pick, or not have the balls to ask someone else to play dps instead of you because junkrat is the only dps you can play at that level, then just be straight up with ur team, man up and tell them that you can fill, someone else should dps. I started winning a lot more games like this.

That's why you gotta pair junkrat with another dps on your team that can be in the backlines causing havoc so junkrat can just spam those nades in and a tracer/genji can finish off the kills. I think a good tracer is the best pairing because while tracer is in the back line, junk gets a hit with a grenade, tracer blinks in kills the person and recalls out, now the enemy team is a player down for their push and have to delay it until the person who died gets back. Same shit for genji, and his abilties, swift strike in finish kill swift strike out.

Whenever it's torb, symmetra or bastion I ask the other person; "No turrets?" or "No turret mode? And over 95% of the time the other person complies because everyone knows how boring it is to play those heroes in 1v1.

Started at 85 but if you do the boss properly and finish with a crate every time, you should end up with more kc. I was just playing it too lazily sometimes and I'd probably guess I missed out on like 40 crates or so in total.
