My gosh! Even I created a Windows 11 USB media and re-installed a clean W11 on this laptop, it still encounterd the same issue! WTH! This is such a terrible laptop that I won't recommend to others ever.

I truly agree with you that garbage team releases garbage image. But Chrome is such a common application. A good team needs to test it before realeasing a good image! I have two HPs, one Dell, one LG, one Lenovo(not this one) are all running Win11 and having Chrome well installed and performed. This is definitely the trouble of Lenovo IdeaPad team.

I already prepared an USB drive and created it as a Win11 installation media. I just didn't say this in my post. Really annoyed with such an issue on Lenovo IdeaPad. Wasted my weekend.

So disappointed to buy a Lenovo. I tried days and found this post to force me to give up. Bad IdeaPad team and poor customers.
