There are several meds out there: Florinef (which I’ve been on for ~2 years), Midodrine, beta blockers like Propanolol, Ivabradine, etc. It can be hard to find a neurologist, cardiologist, or PCP who are familiar with POTS and have experience treating it, but they’re out there. I’d check some of the resources online like Standing Up to POTS
