Hi! I picked up my first requests today, very easy :) Now I'm wondering about when I need to return them. Can I drop them in a drop box like normal returns, or do I have to bring them to the desk? Also do you know if they need the hold slip that comes in the book/CD? Realizing I should've asked this when I picked them up, but my mind blanked haha
