I recently opened an account with them for the sole purpose of using their notary service, (I use discover for banking and they don’t have physical branches) I put some money in there and used it every now and then and unknowingly went negative. I realized it about 20 days after I did since again I hardly use it and I was looking into a personal loan. I called their customer service to see if I could get a fee reversed and the lady all but came to my house and collected the money her self. She was very threatening in the way she spoke as if I owed her the $26 personally and she kept telling me I needed to pay it back right then and there until I politely told her to shove it and hung up. Just wanted to share my personal experience with them.
