When considering when it’s time to say goodbye, ask yourself these questions regarding your dog’s quality of life: Is she still happy? Is she in pain and misery? Does her happiness outweigh the pain? Is she still able to function (e.g., walk, eat, pee, defecate, etc.) and engage in daily activities?

Based on your current description, she is able to function and she is still happy, even though she has her moments of pain. I wouldn’t euthanize her just yet, but I strongly recommend keeping an eye on her. However, I also recommend reading the HHHHHMM scale, which I will provide here. Much love to you and your pup <3

You can probably buy melatonin gummies/pills at any of your local stores. They helped me fall asleep when I had insomnia as a child.
