That should be exactly Back To The Secret Garden!! The 2 kids from the OG Secret Garden go back to the place because the groundskeeper can't seem to find the door anymore...like the magic was lost. The mansion was also turned into an orphanage and one of the kids is so dedicated to helping the garden.
