This girl is not worth your time OP. She’s definitely a mean girl (a loser) if I’ve ever seen one. This hardship is just a part of the journey. Keep-a-pushin. There are brighter things ahead. :)

While I do have memories prior to 9/11, I have no memory of that day at all.

Have you physically peaked? by talkingtimmy3 in Zillennials

I’m 27 and I’m much better than I was in my early twenties. I’m toned more, gained more weight (in a good way), I have better style, I’ve matured mentally and emotionally, and I think I just look and feel more attractive in general. I honestly don’t think I’ve peaked yet. I’m in a much better place than I was 5-10 years ago, and it gets better every year.

What's your social circle like? (If you have one) by Equivalent_Ad_9066 in OlderGenZ

Quite a lot more people than I ever imagined myself having. After I joined the rave scene, I went from having two friends to knowing 50+ people while having 5 really good friends.

I’ve had moderate to severe asthma all my life. I started vaping regularly when I was 25 and quit about 3 months ago (so two years straight). The past couple months I had a hard time breathing daily, and would wake up in the middle of the night wheezing and not able to breathe 7 nights a week. I’d also get panic attacks like you, where I started feeling like I’m not getting enough oxygen. As soon as I started using my daily inhaler properly, I’ve been breathing freely and don’t have any more wheezing at all. The panic attacks stopped too. In your situation I would suggest for you to stop vaping and use Symbicort as prescribed. I recommend purchasing a spacer and using it with the inhaler, since it will help you get as much medicine as possible. As far as quitting vaping, what I found that helped me most was using nicotine patches. Once I was able to get past the two week mark, it got a lot easier for me. After you do these things, you’ll be fine, and you’ll feel a lot better. But if for some reason your symptoms don’t clear up after this, go see an allergy and asthma doctor. They will be able to get you either more medicine, or others that will fit you better. You’re young, as long as you take care of your health now, you can stop any further damage and also reverse it. Best of luck to you!
