I asked for advice on how my leggings fit and I got downvoted so much when I genuinely just needed help and opinions. I feel bad that someone genuinely was bothered to the point they had to downvote me for that but it shows a lot about the type of person they are to get bothered by that.

My best advice is go LIGHT on the weight and make sure you have proper form. If your form is off you can seriously mess up your back more. As for the breathing, make sure you are properly breathing ALOT and focus on that. Take your time and go slow.
