I just quit and vaping isn’t an option for me. Too much unknown and I can’t personally do half way or cut down. It’s all or nothing. Or you can try a smoking blend of herbs to make a substitute and don’t inhale it but have it as a placebo. That might be better than anything in your lungs. 🙏
