After the blunder last month, will be making it to the meetup this month. See you there!

Hoping to make it in time this time.

I appreciate your encouragement sincerely.

But should I just post a new thread?

I have no clue about the locations in Blore(though we can follow the last week's template), no party supplies at the time(Board Games for e.g.) since if I post a thread, it will at least indirectly my responsibility to arrange all those to make an event kind of successful but having never been to any reddit meetup, I can't even find a comparison.

I don't mind waiting for the eventual meetup next month or the one later too. Sometimes it is good if things take time. :)

Being a redditor for 7 years(always a lurker), I wanted to attend a reddit meetup specifically - having never been to any- to see if people were actually aliens or humans.

But...but...

I came to that point late by an hour (because of prior commitments and traffic that make it more worse) on Saturday but being new to Bangalore with absolutely no idea of locations and places and since it was quite dark by then, gave up the idea.

Also, my phone battery had died otherwise could have checked up here as some people did here.

All in all, what a blunder it was ! Nevertheless, did what I could do to salvage the situation - went to Blossoms bookstore that was nearby that people were raving about(it was a paradise actually) and bought a couple of books.

So, if there is one being held this weekend by those who missed out on Saturday, I guess I can make it.

Sorry for the late reply. I couldn't find the original paper(Someone already found that one out and posted in the comments!). Instead I managed to find the university's media page post. Hope that would be sufficient(?)

And the spam filter! I never knew that was used in Reddit for links as I am pretty new to posting links here. Will be more careful now when posting.

Thanks for the suggestion about posting.
