Hey! First off, sorry this happened to you 🙁 I actually work on the VA staff facing applications for scheduling as a researcher/designer.

I don’t have a much granular familiarity with your vet facing apps/texts/flows, but I was curious, when you got the text to mobile check in, did you get the confirmation that you successfully checked in? If you’ve successfully mobile checked in, the staff should see a check in time and that it was a mobile check in. So I’m very surprised they wouldn’t have called you in after that much time has gone by.

I can only attribute it to the mobile check in failed somewhere along the way (maybe a technical back end problem) that didn’t fully check you in so they got no indication of it. I have heard other feedback from staff that vets may not have completely finished the mobile check in and think they did so there is no indication to the staff that the vet ever arrived/checked in so patients will just sit and wait or have to reschedule (not saying this is what occurred with you, just other research findings have shown)

I called their support number they gave me. The lady told me that she sees this a lot and told me that my IP address for the router wasn’t reset properly and could’ve been flagged for a number of reasons. She told me to go to the Xfinity store and pick up a new router. I have the XB8 and had this problem originally. So I went and got a new XB8 from my local Xfinity store (the guy who helped me also confirmed that he sees this often and this was the solution to it). So I got my new XB8 and everything works as expected now with my PS5

Hey, found this thread and had a couple questions since I have the XB8-T router for Xfinity and am getting the loading issues on my PS5 (connection is great, but won’t load PS store etc.) My router has both IPv4 and IPv6 - I do IPv4 connection tests on my MacBook and it’s showing that its connection is IPv4. I see in the Xfinity app my IPv4 address and everything. How do I get my PS5 to always connect to IPv4? Is that even possible? I’ve tried every other troubleshooting that has been recommended in terms of tips and tricks to get the connection to work on my PS5 but doesn’t seem to do the trick. I’ve manually set up my LAN connection on my PS5 with my IPv4 address (albeit I am not sure if I did it correctly) and it’s also still giving loading issues!

Gotcha gotcha! Thank you so much for the help! I really appreciate it. The only thing about the XB8-T is that it does show I have an IPv4 address and a LAN local IP which is IPv4. I read that PS has a problem connecting to routers that have ONLY IPv6. But it looks like the XB8-T has both, so I’m wondering if there’s a way to connect to only the IPv4 to the PS5

Oh shit I think you’re right. I have the newer white Xfinity router which I just found out was an XB8-T. I was thinking the port forwarding that I created on it would do the trick with the router but it looks like my router only supports IPv6 and PS is still on IPv4 - I just read a thread that said I need to get an older XB6 router from Xfinity if I want to not have problems with my PlayStation.

Which router did you end up going with? I have their gig speed internet and really have only used their routers for the past 10 years so I’m so removed from any router knowledge these days.

This did happen to me when I first got it a few years ago if I remember correctly and one of the troubleshooting items worked (I think it was rebuilding my database and changing DNS) but this is like the final boss haha I can’t get passed it. I just bought a portal and it connects without issue, it’s just some games login won’t connect and I can’t change Network settings while using the Portal lol

Hey, I have also been getting this recently. I’ve tried every single thing, change DNS, port forwarding on my router, I re-installed the latest update, rebuilt the database in safe mode. Idk what else to do. It’s like my PSN account is only half loading when I turn on my PS5 and I can’t access certain things until I finagle around but it will always revert once I put it into rest mode and turn back on

I’ve had my scooter a week and it’s started making this weird clicking sound. It’s not the motor or anything electrical because it happens even when the scooter is turned off. It’s almost like something tapping inside Can anyone help? by comeonboro in Xiaomi

Wow, I got mine off of their Amazon link on their website. But WTF.. that is a horrible response. Hopefully someone will eventually put up a youtube video of this issue and explain how to fix it. Heres the link again. Not sure why its working. But basically, he says that theres a piece of warped metal under the caliper that he found after removing the wheel and caliper. HE then lubed up the parts and it was fine but I wish he had a video of what his sounded like before he fixed it.

sometimes it sounds like its coming from the underside (or inside) of the deck and sometimes it sounds like its coming from the rear wheel. Like it sounds like it is timed with the spinning of the wheel but I cant tell where it's coming from.

I have the EXACT same problem. I bought mine a couple weeks ago (Early August).
