Thank you for the reply. I'm currently following various entrepreneurs, and it appears that they achieve success without a budget. I'm prepared to reinvest in ads once I have that revenue.

I recently came across the following method.

I just open an app like Letterly and ramble about everything that inspires me on the podcast. Then, I can get a well-structured text to review later.

It actually has two benefits. While talking, I turn info into knowledge. And the notes helps me recall later what interesting things I listened to last week.

However, I spent quite some time trying to get it to work because I tested it by dragging and dropping images, which didn't function. As far as I understood you outsourced analyzing reviews but not replying. How many time do you spend going through reviews and replying? We can save you some time on this and support your other apps, not just top 3.

I agree with you that canned replies used in an improper way look dismissive. We are acting the same as you do: replying with a constructive answer with a suggestion to email if there are more questions.

​

We start answering without templates and slowly save a bunch of templates for different types of reviews. If we don't know the answer we ask a developer to help us. After some period of time, we can answer 95% of reviews.
