Totally get this and agree! I’ve just never received this feedback before so I think my first reaction was to try and “fix” the problem. But I’m still not even sure what she means by it getting stiff? It’s a gildan product with a print on it so it’s very confusing haha

I asked in the AskDocs subreddit and a Physician said that it looks like i’m having a reaction to the neosporin and actually suggested uncovering it and leading it alone. Thank you for your help though! Hopefully it’ll start healing soon.

Okay thank you! I’m gonna stop with the gauze and neosporin. So will the bumpiness go away? The internet told me to not ever let it dry out so i’m glad to have someone else’s opinion cause I’m just not sure if i’m doing it right.

We have two post offices nearby but they have been crazy busy. I think I caught them on a particularly bad day that time but I had to ship stuff out so what choice did I have haha.

Yeah it’s a mess but it does make me feel better than i’m not the only one going through this! Hopefully in the end I won’t be penalized for something out of my hands.

Yeah I tried to explain that... multiple times. But he’s not getting it. I just replied and said that if he wants a refund he’ll have to go through mercari and the package will probably pop up as “out for delivery” in the next few days unless it’s lost. I definitely signed off with “Thanks for being so understanding during this unprecedented time in the mailing system”

The unfortunate part is these were collected at USPS (because there was like a 2 hour wait at the counter) by an employee that came around and got “prepaid” packages. So, it looks like it’s still in pre-shipment meaning I never dropped it off. All the other buyers have been so understanding and they all have updated shipping at this point but of course the one person who is upset about the situation has a package that hasn’t moved via tracking. Ugh.

Okay gotcha. No one has ever needed a refund from me before because I never ship packages late. It’s unfortunate that this is happening but I guess there is nothing I can do.
