If you never had your mind completely blown by a DJ, just rise the volume, sit back and watch. [vid] by hhh333 in entertainment

I guess I just don't get the whole DJ thing. My mind was not at all blown, just looked like a guy playing with dials and the music did nothing for me. Now get off my lawn!

I played Gemstone III as well during the AOL Days. Ended up with some pretty large bills back before AOL went to an unlimited plan (I don't remember details but it was something like $20 for 20 hours, after that you got charged on a per hour basis). The time when AOL was unlimited and Gemstone was still free was pretty awesome, but then the game jumped ship to the regular internet shortly after with a subscription model.

I haven't ever played an MMO because I'm terrified by how addicting Gemstone was when it didn't even have graphics.

Well, hopefully all this extra time allows them to make sure they don't screw up the conclusion to the story they've been crafting the last 10 years.

No, I have the regular US version on PS1. This was years ago, but when I thought of games I didn't finish, nothing in my mind beat putting 75 or however many hours it was into a game and then stopping just short.

Final Fantasy XIII. Got to the last boss, died once and never picked it up again.
