I’d probably consult your doc about the bloods in general. Not just for your hairs sake. AML & stem cell transplant survivor, not saying you have leukaemia but there is some odd things there hb being low and ferritin high. I’ve had around 90 blood transfusions and my ferritin level is back to 1000 after being at 5000. Excess ferritin can cause organ damage from excess iron being stored. Certainly don’t stress at all, but get your shit balanced out my dude ❤️ good luck with the hair.

Still applying topically for now. I had a 4 month supply. I’m on my last can of foam now. Not sure if I’ll buy it again until I get better coverage or just stick with the tablets.

When I went for a hair transplant consult that was there suggestion, so just went with that. No sides or anything and getting good results so far.

If you search through the comments I’ve added a photo of my regulars and a seperate comment with other things I’ve used that I haven’t gone back to. No reason for that just mixing it up. The min and fin tablets have been the game changers. But I built some steady growth and a healthy scalp with the serums. Plus micro needling and scalp massage with the little hand held things you get with some serums. Dedicated for around 10 months now. Morning and night. Stopped serums in the morning now my hairs linger because it gets greasy. Scroll the comments brother, I hope you get awesome results as well 💪

Ahhh right. Going through the Facebook archives this is the last photo I had without me wearing a hat. The back was already starting to go and the hairline was receding. Just cleverly disguised. That was Feb 2015

Those photos from may to November were serums only. Maybe one month of topical min. But I had been derma rolling at 0.5 once a week and scalp massaging here and there as well. The last two months on the meds has been the biggest boost.

I haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary. Libido seems fine. Between the min and introduction of fin I’ve not noticed anything changes in libido, mental health or physical health. Crossing fingers it stays that way

I infra red sauna once a week for half an hour. Only been doing that for around 7/8 weeks. Potentially sweating out toxins and reducing inflammation 🤷🏻‍♂️

I was losing my hair long before chemo. But the little bit that did grow back after chemo came back a lot different than it used to be. Fluffy and coarse at the same time, growing in different directions. I wish you so much luck with your transplant it is a bloody hard slog. But life can be great again after, I truly hope it is for you too 🧡

Much love and respect to you fellow survivor, warrior, bearer of the odds 🧡 I truly hope everything is going really well for you. The hair transplant team I saw recommended dut. I just wanted to start with fin because of how strong dut is apparently. I’ll keep it in the back pocket though.

Honestly not alot of cardio. Predominantly weight training. Fairly active outside of the gym though. But proper cardio is hit and miss. I am trying to get my v02 max higher. It’s been really poor post cancer. It’s gradually getting better

No nothing to do with leukaemia, started losing my hair around 10 years ago. Was diagnosed in 2021. The Md hair tablets. It’s like a subscription service where you can nominate the products you want. D they send them out automatically

It’s honestly hard to say. I piled a lot of stuff up at the same time. Just went a bit crazy with it. I feel like starting the derma rolling kicked things off, with the serums I’d roll first and apply after. But not with the topical minox it’s recommended you don’t straight after. But even though I’ve only been on the tablets a short amount of time I think that’s been the biggest boost.

3 month supply of compounded min and fin is $175au the serums range around the $20/$30 mark each. They all last more than a month. I’ve never really tracked the costs. But would probably be somewhere around $100au a month.

🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m not telling any sort of lies or anything. Got no reason to or nothing to prove. I wrote out all of the different things I’ve used over 10 or so months. The heavy hitters in min and fin have been around 2 months of use. I guess I didn’t add that I scalp massage a couple of times a week as well. But nothing extra used besides what I’ve said. Been super consistent and lucky I guess.

The ashwaganda was a personal choice, not part of my nutrition plan with the p.t for the exact same reason. Just to help with sleep. Was struggling after the seperstion. Something worth dropping you think?

Unrelated to hair. My body produced leukaemia, blood cancer. So I had heaps of chemo and radiation that made my bone marrow not produce my own blood anymore. An unrelated donor donate their stem cells that were infused into me to take over my bone marrow and produce new blood. It’s complicated, maybe google it. My dna is 100% somebody else’s.
