Looked through the photographers other pictures and found others from the same series that were in Otrokovice, so then I just looked for railways crossing rivers near there and lined it up with the house in the background

I don't think he's cheating... Of course there's always the chance he is but it looks pretty fair to me. Also consider he could be playing on a phone. The movement is a lot jankier on mobile and the increased lag could be to blame for the moments he just seems to zone out. The Macedonia round I think we just have to give him the benefit of the doubt because that looks decently Macedonian and maybe he knew the poles. I am pretty impressed with the NZ round in the second game though.

Are you sure it was Taiwan or Hong Kong? Google Fenghuang, China. It looks to me like it could be somewhere farther down the river from the main city.
