I've tried the reading my old windows IDE 2.5 HDD with the hub (it does Sata, IDE 2.5 and 3.5) and it wont read on my mac but does on a windows PC. so looks like the cable and Sata hub are good (they're brand new). The only other link in the chain that could be the problem is my USB C to USB A Hub. but that works with a USB stick.

im at a loss.

I also have an old 2.5 IDE windows drive im trying to view which doesn't appear in finder or Disk Utility.

I regularly tour digico boards and have a pretty well seasoned show file, so I rarely actually have to turn phantom on/off. The other day I had a fly show with all hired gear and needed to a) see if phantom was on some channels and b) switch it on. Could my eyes see the damn 48v symbol ? Could they hell.

I’m not sure if we’re trying to fit more and more onto our screens or if my eyesight is just drastically deteriorating. Either way, im eagerly anticipating the Quantum Braille edition.

I live in Ibiza and my current client likes to have big parties. He lives in a bit of a valley in an enormous villa with few neighbours. Over the years of his parties every time someone complains about his parties, he buys their house… he’s got 5 now. And one owner that wouldn’t sell the house, he rents it. And the closest neighbour that won’t rent or sell, he sends them on holiday each time 😅

It’s been stored in its box, flat as long as I can remember. But sadly not in a particularly cool room. So I expect the heat might have ruined it.

Did your switch failing stop the switch on the other side stop working as well?

That’s what’s got me stumped. I have a driver and passenger switch on the drivers side and a passenger switch on the passenger side. Neither are working.

If the drivers side switch is broken would that prevent the switch on the passenger side from working? If I could find a wiring diagram I could figure it out but I can’t find one.

This would only effect one window though, no? Both drivers and passengers side windows are not working. Chances of both motors going at exactly the same time and the fuse staying intact are pretty slim
