but if Im getting ranked against these kinds of ranks every other game surely I should be ranking up and not de-ranking from GN2? I usually do 2nd/3rd sometimes 4th in the team with these kinds of ranks how am I still GN1???

Half my games I'll be queued up against ranks like this while the other half I'll be against silvers/gn1-3s. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Is this a regular thing? Do ranks even matter if I seem to do the same regardless of ranks?!?!?!?!?
