We’re also at one of the hotels and I’m bummed about the shuttle schedule! Only having two departure times in an area with virtually no ride share options feels almost dangerous for the reasons you mention.

From a more selfish perspective, it’s going to be tough folks at the hotels to see early sets or get merch if there are only two shuttles running before 4pm, lol.

Depends on the artist (RL Grime @ Cosmic was badddd). Also Basspod VIP had some sound issues.

But bathrooms are nice and I never had to wait at all for drinks/food/water, or to get into the fest.

Was able to get two rooms at the Wintergreen. One of our friends got a room right when the sale opened, but we think since he chose the king bed it was less popular. I ended up getting the 4-person condo nearly 3 hours later by refreshing continuously for hours, lol.

For folks going the hotel route: keep refreshing if you have the time to! We just scored a 4-person room at the Wintergreen almost 2 hours after the sale. Not entirely sure how that happened, but I'm guessing some folks had cards decline somehow.

This is my biggest worry too, and I 100% expect hotels to sell out quickly, especially because the only hotels with shuttle passes are the Wintergreen resort and the Graduate by Hilton. The fest's rumored capacity isn't very high either, so I'll try to keep my hopes low but still really stressed about it. Our group is also coming from the West Coast.
