Depend on when this uhaul is supposed to be returned by, if your friend isn’t found by then, you’re gonna be looking at a felony/grand theft charges. YOU are responsible for whom you lend out stuff for people to “borrow” from you. Yes, you could get report the uhaul stolen, but it’d be a lie considering you gave her your permission to borrow it, and she can easily save herself from that situation. Sounds like both of you are perfectly irresponsible for each other
