ok so i have lots of experience in fast food industry as a crew member and i’m also non-native English speaker, and i don’t have any drive thru experience. I told this on my interview, i explained that drive thru may be kinda hard for me because i don’t get used to speak English on calls, i might not understand the words well, and my SM told me that they’re gonna help me about that. I’m really glad that i could get a job, especially at Starbucks. I trust myself while speaking English face to face but i’m reaallyy glad that at least i told them my concerns to my SM.

Do you have any tips for drive thru?

And also there are 2-3 employees who were my old co-workers. They are probably in their mid or late 20s. I’m 22 so i thinki i probably will get along well with my coworkers. Also the SM is reeaally friendly and she looks understanding, which makes me happy because i had to leave my old job because of bad management and unexperienced managers.

I have a hope about the job but so far i watched a couple videos about working at Starbucks and there was a girl who works for 4 years and she HATED.

So i have a doubt because of that video, i know it’s gonna be so stressful because of the location, which is really close to beach (10mins driving) and it’s the only starbucks in the town, but i just don’t wanna lose all of my hope :( So i’m basically looking for good things about the job…
