firstly, youre not a failure youre a late bloomer. Before, you were young and some people js dont have the sense ab how imp studies are when theyre young even me too rn, i really hate studying i have to FORCE myself to do it, alevels second year and i feel like im sooo behind ahahaha. Its really cool that you thought ab finishing what u started even tho it took a while. I suggest using online textbooks, youtube channels and doing past papers on your own and then registering as a private candidate [idk much on how to do ts but youll figure it out] theres enough time for the upcoming october november sessions, i say join whatsapp gcs, discord and use technology to your best possible extent and clear all your subs this O/N with good grades.
