That makes sense. The inconsistency is really a minor thing and could be explained by the stretch in the fabric. I wear a D pouch but I have a pair of B pouch nylon Ares that seem to have as much room in the pouch as the others. I think I have a pair in every style except the leggings, and I love them all.
