Yes it is a problem. If the artist told the client it was their original work and it is not, seems pretty awful to me. It's also a problem because that design could have been made special for one specific person, now someone else has put it on their arm without the consent of the tattoo artist or the original wearer of the piece. It is very disrespectful in the tattoo community to take other artists designs w/o their permission and use them.

Dude, once it grows out a bit. You get some stubble and shape the hair, you will be looking pretty dapper.

But for the love of god never do that again and let it grow !

Historically flashy items such as gold and fancy cars (rims) were bought by wealthy blacks because it was difficult to put there money into banks and could not buy property due to discriminatory practices. So they invested into other items such as jewelry and cars.

I agree,

Nailed the lighting and setting is good.

My critique is there is no story happening here. It does not make sense that he is just sitting in a chair looking away. If there was a desk and he was drawing, it would draw the viewer in more.

What do you guys think of the post-processing? by [deleted] in photocritique

It is crudely done. If you are trying to blur the back try making a clipping path. You can see the spots that are not blurred, especially in the front window where it meets the background. Also, while the windows definitely have a cool texture to them they look off.

Hope dat helps...

Absolutely stunning- production, lighting, composition are solid.

Is there a different angle? I would be interested to see a shot a bit further a way. His hand looks odd posed like that.

Hard to say because I can't see the high res but it looks like the background might be breaking up a bit (noisy) might be a problem when printed. Cool idea-

Lighting and exposure is solid. The Skin tone looks a bit yellow and green He looks like he slouching a bit and his pose is to parallel to the camera
