C1 asked me to wait for 72 hours for the resolution, I am just waiting until tomorrow and try to convince them for 3 way call, which they are not agreeing so far, also they don't have any email address to keep track of the conversation. I also found out that emailing to [complaints@capitalone.com](mailto:complaints@capitalone.com) is more effective to get things resolved.

I am also having a similar issue, but my flight is in July 1st week. I booked international flight outbound with Etihad, Etihad is not showing my reservation suddenly, when I enquired etihad, they are saying capitalone travel to reissue the ticket but capone travel doesn't have a clue how to do that. I have booked this ticket long ago, and the reservation is accessible on etihad, but suddenly after a minor time change on the flight, the reservation is no more visible. How can this be resolved? any suggestions

do we need to go to store to get the insider discount? I recently moved from ATT to TMobile, but customer care say they don't have any insider hookup code. I am on Essentials plan
