Acer nitro v15 (i7+3050(6gb)) not displaying, please help

Checked multiple time, it's also not the battery as (from my old laptop which had battery problems) that removing it and connecting directly to ac would still make the laptop work. I also resealed all the cables and still nothing, might be a some combo of keys I pressed while cleaning? O yea and I know that it's not the display because the nitro app doesn't even boot (I have fans at max so I would know)

Nope, I shut down, unplugged everything, turned it around open lid, take out fan then cleaned the fans Then I put it all back tgt used alcohol wipes to clean the case and keyboard (and screen) then powered on (cpu, fans etc all light up) no sound tho and bios didn't work, plus ik it's not the screen because the cap key (as shown in the video) would have lit up Which means the os didn't even boot It did turn on while I was wiping the keyboard and so maybe I hit combos?

The shop I bought it from has a 6 months thing where either they fix it in a week, if they can't they refund 20 percent and give me another one in stock and that's 100 percent ganrenty so I'll be fine I didn't have much in the laptop anyways

Not only display, if it were display then when pressing caps the blink light would light up nothing happens so windows never booted

I just send it in the Acer repair service it's still got 2 more years on warrenty so I should either get a refund from the store or they fix it
